Terms and Conditions

Unlike many other vacation rental booking platforms, you will not be charged a booking service fee when you book your vacation cabin rental through New Mexico Cabin Rentals, directly.

A. We request a 30% deposit to confirm your Booking and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation Policy

For Reservations made directly through New Mexico Cabin Rentals website require a thirty (30) day minimum notice for cancellation booking refund and will receive a 80% refund of amount deposited LESS any credit card payment processing charges incurred by NMCR and are subject to a 5% Admin Fee or $50 whichever is greater.
CANCELLATION POLICY for Reservations made through 3rd Party Booking Agencies such as AirBnB require a thirty (30) day minimum notice for cancellation booking refund and will receive a 80% refund of amount deposited LESS any/all fees, service charges or bank processing charges incurred by NMCR and are are subject to a 5% Admin Fee or $50 (whichever is greater).
Less than 30 day notice, no refunds are given. Early departure or weather issues out of our control do not warrant any refund. We encourage our guests to consider purchasing TRAVELERS INSURANCE to protect against deposit loss when unforeseen situations require cancellation of reservation. We are happy to reschedule your vacation dates at no charge to you with no loss of deposit.

We are a small family operated business. We understand that more and more people are planning their vacations well in advance. We welcome Long Term Renters. And, we realize life happens and plans can change. We encourage you to investigate the purchase of Travelers Insurance to protect your deposit against loss in the event of unplanned need to cancel your booking.

Check-in and check-out

A. Check-in is anytime after 2:00pm Check-out is anytime before 11:00am Exceptions can often be made as long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Visit with Marcus or Hollie to arrange.

Marcus and Hollie encourage "self check-in". Because we may be away from the office when you arrive but your cabin will be prepared and unlocked. Don’t worry, there will be signs directing you to your cabin. Prior to your visit we’ll provide you with specific directions to the ranch, if requested. Your cabin door will be unlocked, a light outside and inside will be left on, the key and general information will be on the dining table. Information will include mobile and land line phone numbers, email addresses for us should you have any questions or concerns that just can’t wait.
