New Mexico Cabin Rentals supplies bbq grill, charcoal/lighter fluid and paper products for a 1 week stay. A complimentary supply of condiments, rice, flour, sugar, oil, cooking spray, pasta, soup, popcorn, select canned meats, tea, foil, plastic wrap. Guests need only bring personal toiletries, food, preferred beverages (ground coffee?). If you choose to take advantage of the guest washer/dryer, please bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener. Longer visits require guests resupply their own toiletries, paper goods, charcoal, lighter fluid, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher soap and food. We encourage Guests to invest in Travelers Insurance to protect against an unexpected need to cancel. Please see our Cancellation Policy. Weekly rate is based on a 7 night stay and includes a discount. Monthly rate is based on a 28 night stay and includes a discount. We charge a small, one time cleaning fee. We welcome dogs and horses. There is a $5/night stall fee for horses which is payable on your arrival.

Perfect to hike, horseback ride or bird watch as well as being convenient to Silver City, Glenwood and the Gila Wilderness, New Mexico Cabin Rentals invites you to take a peak at our secluded southwestern Hideout Cabin nestled in the cottonwood and sycamore trees along Bear Creek in southwestern New Mexico. The furnished Hideout Cabin rental is the perfect home base to begin your next vacation adventure! Enjoy your covered deck and gaze dark star filled skies, kick back and relax. This cabin was described by a recent guest as "deliciously private"! Of course, FREE Wi-Fi! For your convenience, the pantry is supplied with complimentary items such as gourmet spices, condiments, spices, sugar, coffee creamer, tea, cooking oil and spray, pasta, rice, microwave popcorn, canned meat chunks, foil. A few miles from your cabin you'll find our local convenience store/gas station. They are stocked with fresh dairy products, eggs, ice cream, bread, canned fruits and vegetables, frozen meat, lunch meat, soda, snacks - open 7 days a week.

Situated at the end of the road among the cottonwood trees along Bear Creek, this charming 700 square foot cabin has everything you need to feel right at home, for any length of stay. Filled with antique accents from a gentler era, the furnishings for the Hideout Cabin include custom designed candle holders made from 130 year old French oak wine barrel, a silvered wall mirror, vintage crystal oil lamps and custom hand crafted kitchen cabinets. At the end of the day, sleep won’t take long to come as you experience the peace and quiet of the star-filled sky, snuggled in your cotton bed linens on the luxury queen bed.

Adjacent to the dining area with seating for 4, the kitchen in the Hideout Cabin is fully furnished with full-sized appliances, including custom designed shelves, a gas oven/range, dishwasher, pots and pans and the other necessities for cooking. The private bathroom has a larger shower with bench seat, a pedestal sink, plenty of plush, fresh towels, blow dryer and a storage cabinet for your toiletries. The living area is comfortably furnished with a plush leather love seat, vintage rocking chair, TV/DVD player. There is even a BBQ grill, charcoal and lighter fluid provided for outdoor cooking. The only element missing is you!

If you love to start your day drinking in the natural beauty of your surroundings, the deck at the Hideout Cabin was made for just you. Begin the day with a hot cup of coffee, rocking on your covered deck, watching the local wildlife stir. With the creek just a short walk from your cabin, if you sit quietly, you’ll likely spy deer, roadrunners, wild turkey and jackrabbits in the fields, and eagles, hawks, and falcons in the crisp blue sky.

Right out your door you’ll have access to 360 private acres that includes a variety of terrain, including miles of “no trail" hiking as well as several miles of Bear Creek. The adjacent 15 square miles of public land proves you really are at the end of the road, as it back up to the 3 million acre Gila National Forest. We've been told that once you're here, you want to stay longer - or, not leave at all!
